# atomm Developer Platform

> Documentation for building generator apps on the atomm platform. Append .md to any docs URL for plain markdown. The design system is published as a DESIGN.md-format file plus five layout templates, each in a layout-and-styling skeleton and a runnable version.

## Skills

Files meant to be handed straight to a coding agent, in the order to reach for them. **1. design.md** — the design system itself; an agent that can fetch a URL needs this and nothing else, because it carries the templates' absolute URLs and requires the agent to fetch the matching one before writing markup. **2. The matching `.skeleton.html`** — that layout's structure and the full stylesheet, with the script block removed. This is what to read when writing markup: nothing in it competes with the layout and the tokens for attention. **3. The same URL without `.skeleton`** — the runnable version, with the behaviour inlined. Take it only to see the example working; what the controls do there is a demo, not part of the spec. Hand over one layout, never five: all five carry the same stylesheet. An agent that receives none of these is required to stop and ask, not to rebuild the components from prose.
